Haven Northwest’s team has been building for over 25 years, creating intentional experiences with clients, trade partners and vendors using extensive local knowledge of the housing industry from raw land to warranty. We are proud to have our own in-house teams, including architecture and design, land development, vertical construction, operations, and sales and marketing, all working together to ensure every aspect of the process is executed with the highest level of service and communication.
William is a Pacific Northwest native who has worked in Real Estate and new-home sales for six years. Before real estate, William worked in the financial world, ranging from accounting to financial advising. He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and an MBA in Accounting and Finance. William is a firm believer in self-improvement and spends much of his time reading and focusing on personal growth. He enjoys boating, hiking, and video games and is a fierce defender and friend to animals.
Originally from Southern California, Trevor has been part of the Clark County area for the last seven years honing and developing his craft. Architecture is a field he admires for its ability to be a personally designed solution for a client’s needs. He thrives on efficiency and adding beauty to communities and spaces that live-well for the Homeowner. Trevor is married to his high school sweetheart, has one son (and another on the way), and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family.
Kevin Seppala's home building journey in the Pacific Northwest started in 1996 after growing up around construction through his family. He has a deep appreciation for the entire home building process from start to finish, as well as the joy of working with people to find the right home. Kevin is an avid hiker and skier, loves a good brewery or winery, and is rumored to be an excellent ping pong player.
Jennifer has held numerous positions within the construction industry, including sales, purchasing, quality control, and now site superintendent. Combined with her fierce attention to detail, her 15 years of experience is critical to all aspects of a new build, from plan concept to handing homeowner’s their new keys. Building was a foundational part of Jennifer’s upbringing, with several family members in construction all her life, and from a young age she knew that she wanted to be part of this world. She loves the outdoors, especially camping, and is a doting dog mom to three fur children.
Growing up on job sites, Terry has been a critical part of Southwest Washington’s new construction and land development growth for the last 25 years. He has served on multiple land use & development boards, and is currently on the Development, Engineering and Advisory Board for Clark County. Terry has participated in the development and planning approval of over 1500 lots in Clark County. His extensive knowledge of land use, construction, and planning has yielded tremendous results for partners and investors. Terry and his wife have four children and maintain active roles in the community.
Blake brings an inspiring new perspective to land development and has a creative view to problem solving. His eagerness to learn and lifelong exposure to land development and new construction gives him an edge on understanding complex development projects, along with his willingness to help in all areas of projects. Blake is a Clark County native as well as frequent world traveler, and is often found boosting team morale through his sense of humor. In his free time, Blake is an avid fisherman and can be found on the river with his dog, Soup, on a regular basis.
As a homegrown Vancouver resident, Chad is well versed in the Clark County market for home building and sales. But what makes him successful in his role overseeing operations, sales and marketing is his understanding of connection. Chad spent a substantial part of his career in hospitality, which fostered a profound awareness of how people and processes connect. This connection to others and his authentic approach to life allow him to see the big picture as well as the minute details. Chad is a proud father to both children and dogs, car enthusiast, sports fan, and the first in line for the next big thing in tech.
Kari has worked in operations and marketing positions for nearly 20 years. Her love of creative problem solving to help others function better in their jobs is a passion she employs daily. From executive, c-level operations jobs to project manager roles, HR and marketing direction, Kari has sharpened her ability to see multiple perspectives and take into account the impact of various scenarios. She spoils her dog, Margo, beyond reason, starts her day with coffee, loves being an Auntie to her niece, and will take off at any moment to travel to the ocean.
Donna has been a pillar of new construction operations for longer than she’d like to admit. She naturally grew into this pivotal role, overseeing the financials of projects large and small, and creating systems and relationships along the way key to the builder’s success. A proud wife and mother, Donna enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and nights out on the town with friends.
